Crispbreadwith Fibre is made from whole grains of six cereal types, including rye, wheat, corn, oats, barley and amaranth with sunflower seeds added. This is an entirely natural product, with no artificial raising agents and enhancers. We do not use any milk powder to make it.
Crispbread with Fibre is characterized by extremely high dietary fibre content, unique on our market. This is a soluble fibre with probiotic properties, controlling the digestive system activity. 100 g of crispbread contains 13.8 g of fibre, meaning one slice fulfils ca. 3% of the daily fibre demand. This is also light crispbread of extremely low energy value.
