Wheat Cakes have low energy value and are abound in nutrients, including proteins, carbohydrates, calcium and magnesium. Their characteristic feature is, however, their extraordinary high fibre content, ca. 40% higher than for rice cakes. Thanks to it, wheat cakes act like a vacuum cleaner, removing any useless metabolic by-products from the body, controlling metabolism and protecting against the digestive system diseases. The Wheat Cake ingredients, including fibre and protein, also improve the condition of skin, hair and nails.
