With Fibre and Apple is one of the latest high-fibre products by Granex. The product is made from wheat bran and wheat with a whole apple, including the peel.
With Fibre and Apple is characterised by high dietary fibre content, rare in other products. 100 grams of the product contain more than 30% of that substance and its one serving (30 g) covers as much as 38% of the daily demand. Thanks to the presence of a whole apple, it also contains the valuable nutrients derived from that fruit, including the ones present under the peel. For anyone paying particular attention to the correctly balanced diet, it is equally important what the granules do not contain. There is no salt or sugar in it. It will be appreciated mostly by those who want to lose weight, as the dietary fibre satiates hunger efficiently and for a long time. The product has the form of granules, which are a perfect addition to yoghurt, kephir or salads.
