Delicate light crispbread which is a source of many mineral salts and vitamins, thanks to wheat germs. Wheat germs contain e.g. vitamin E, called the vitamin of youthfulness, B1, B2 (improving immunity and preventing cataract), B6, niacin (responsible for the proper brain function), calcium, potassium, folic acid, magnesium, iron, zinc, copper, selenium, cobalt and manganese. Chrupella does not contain saturated fat, milk, sugar or any raising agents. It is a great proposal for those who want to stay healthy and slim.
